Rescheduling

Life happens. If you need to move a session, please give at least [48 hours] notice and we will find another time at no charge.

Late cancellations and missed sessions

Sessions cancelled with less than [48 hours] notice, or not attended, are charged [in full / at X%], because the time has been reserved for you.

Consultations

Consultations are free. If you cannot attend, please let Svitlana know so the time can be offered to someone else.

Technical problems

If a session cannot go ahead because of a connection problem on either side, we will reschedule at no charge.

Packages

Three-session packages are valid for [X months] from the date of the first session. [Refund terms for unused sessions]

Illness

If you are unwell on the day, please tell Svitlana as early as you can. Hypnotherapy works best when you are feeling reasonably well, and we will happily rearrange.
